1. Dolls with additional features/customization may experience an increase in body weight due to some features having a weight to them. This can apply to in stock dolls as well because many of them include some of these additional features.
2. If production is required, depending on the manufacturer, it can take 2-5 weeks for production to complete. During the holiday season (November 1st to January 31st), this can change to 3-8 weeks
3. Once an order completes production, you will be emailed photos of your order.
4. Once shipment of any kind of order is arranged, please allow 1-3 business days for confirmation of the shipment tracking number.
