Refunds & Exchanges

Our products are built to order. Building begins 24 hours after an order has been placed. If it has been more than 24 hours after a purchase has been made, there is no refund or cancellation of any orders allowed. Any request for a refund of any kind, prior to the 24 hour period being completed, will be subject to a 15% transaction fee. Once a product is delivered, you will have 24 hours to request an exchange or report any issues. You must report any problems with your order immediately after opening the shipment or within 24 hours of delivery, whichever comes first. You must also provide clear proof of any problems, by emailing support@dollpimp.com and include your order number. Also, include clear photos and videos of any issues. Make sure to include a close-up video showing the issue/s and also back away to show the entire item for proof that it is indeed the order you placed on our website. Providing all of this evidence in the required time frame, allows us to find a solution to the problem, whether it be with the carrier that delivered the package or with the shipping department. 

Exchanges are only allowed if the product received is incorrect from the product purchased. Products can only be exchanged if they are unused and unmodified.

Denying delivery of your order or canceling delivery for your order is against policy. Doing so will not make you eligible for a refund of any sort.

If you live outside of the United States and are receiving an international shipment, there is a possibility that customs in your country may want to collect an import duty tax for your shipment. Sometimes this is not the case, but if it is required, you will get an email or phone call from customs in your country to pay the duty tax before delivery. Refusing to do so, will not make you eligible for a refund for your order.

Robot Doll After-Sales Policy

Thank you for choosing Doll Pimp. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and experience using our robot doll. Therefore, we strongly advise you to carefully read our terms and conditions before selecting a doll with robot functions. This will help you make an informed decision before placing an order.

  1. We do not accept returns for purchased robot sex dolls. Please read our “Return Policy” for more information.
  2. The robotic dolls come with 5 months of after-sales service starting from the day of product delivery.
  • Customers must use the robot doll properly. Any intentional damage will void the after-sales service.
  • Please refer to “Robot Sex Doll” for information on the features of the robot doll.
  1. If you observe any uncommon occurrences with your robot doll following purchase, kindly cease its usage promptly and contact the vendor or salesperson from whom you acquired it. This will aid us in gaining a clearer understanding of the issue and formulating an appropriate resolution.
  2. As we are unable to offer door-to-door maintenance services, we will return the cost of the robot’s functionality in case of damage or malfunction. In the event of more severe issues, we will supply a replacement body.
  3. We do not offer repair services that return the doll to the factory.
  4. The robot sex doll is considered a consumable product. We offer a 5-month after-sales service period, excluding any damage caused by human interference or malicious intent. Beyond this 5-month period, no compensation or after-sales service will be provided.

We understand the appeal of purchasing a sex doll with robotic functions that can enhance your sexual experience. However, it is important to note that these robot sex dolls have a shorter lifespan than non-robot sex dolls and are considered consumable products. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully consider your decision before purchasing.
