Order Cancellation: Products are built to order. Production begins 24 hours after your order is placed. For “Ready to Ship” items, shipment is arranged within 24 hours after purchase. After the 24-hour window, no orders can be canceled or refunded.
Refund Requests: Any cancellation request made within 24 hours of purchase will be subject to a 15% transaction fee.
Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted only if the product received is incorrect or defective. Products must be unused, unmodified, and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Proof of Issue: To process an exchange, you must email support@dollpimp.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order number, along with clear and obvious photos and videos showing the issue along with the entire product/doll.
Refused Delivery: Denying or refusing delivery does not make you eligible for a refund.

If you live outside of the United States and are receiving an international shipment, there is a possibility that customs in your country may want to collect an import duty tax for your shipment. Sometimes this is not the case, but if it is required, you will get an email or phone call from customs in your country to pay the duty tax before delivery. Refusing to do so, will not make you eligible for a refund for your order.
