Refund Requests (Within 24 Hours Only)

• Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of purchase are allowed
• A 15% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund

Exchanges (Strict Conditions Only)

We DO NOT accept returns or general exchanges for any products.

Exchanges are ONLY permitted if:

• You received the wrong product, OR
• The product is defective beyond repair upon arrival

Requirements:

• Product must be unused and unmodified
• Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery date and time

Shipping & Handling Cosmetic Variations

Due to the nature of packaging, international transit, and handling, minor cosmetic imperfections may occur during shipping.

These may include:

• Within 24 hours of delivery date and time
• Include:

  • Clear photos AND videos
  • Full view of the entire product/doll
  • Clear evidence of the issue

👉 Incomplete, unclear, or delayed submissions will not be accepted

Refused or Missed Deliveries

• Refusing delivery DOES NOT qualify for a refund
• Missing delivery or failing to accept the package DOES NOT qualify for a refund

International Orders & Customs

For customers outside the United States or majority of EU nations:

• Your country may require import duties or taxes
• You will be contacted directly by customs or the shipping company if payment is required
