Production for built-to-order items begins 24 hours after purchase. In-stock items are prepared for shipment within 24 hours. After this 24-hour window, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or general exchanges. Exchanges are only permitted if the wrong product is received or if the product is defective beyond repair upon arrival.
